Buffalo Bills giving back

Supporters of Damar Hamilton, the Buffalo Bills safety who suffered cardiac arrest on the field last week, have poured more than $8 million into a GoFundMe page in his name.

Now back in Buffalo, Hamlin also has pledged proceeds from “Did we win?” T-shirts to support the trauma center in Cincinnati that initially treated him.

His team has a long history of funding not only community athletics in the Buffalo region, but also health and human services. Here’s a list of recent grants by the Bills, according to its 2019 foundation tax returns, the most recent publicly available:
