UpstateGiving.com does not require users to subscribe in order to view our content. We do not embed or purchase content from other sites, nor do we allow users to upload content such as photos or text.

Users may comment on pages or posts, or send us comments directly. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We do not sell or redestribute any data about such comments or our users.
